We provide both standard and fast shipping on items ordered. Please select which option you would like at check out and the shipping cost will be altered accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally! Please be aware shipping costs will vary depending on your location, and the time for a product to reach you will be longer than normal. If you wish to order one of our items, please research and be aware prior to purchasing of the duties costs that this shipping may incur.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

We have a 30 day return policy which means you can return it within 30 days after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a refund, your items need to be:

  • In unused condition, and returned in original packaging, with any tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase will be necessary.

To request returning an item, please email us at hello@thesausagedog.shop. If we accept your return, we will provide information on how and where to send your item. We must first approve your return prior to receiving the item, otherwise your return may not be accepted.

RETURN COSTS

You will not be charged for returning an item. Please note, the original postage cost is non-refundable and the cost of returning an item will be your responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand that Sausages come in many different shapes and sizes, and an item you ordered may not be the pawfect fit. If so, please contact us at hello@thesausagedog.shop to request a return.

If you wish to return an item in exchange for another item or size, please first return the item and then re-order the item you wish. If the other item is out of stock, please email us at hello@thesausagedog.shop for updates on when we will be restocking.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, not fit for purpose, or not the product you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Providing images of the fault can help speed up the return process.

REFUNDS

Once a return has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition it was sent in, and has not been worn or used. We will then inform you to whether your refund has been accepted or declined. If declined, we will outline the reasons for this.

If accepted, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to be processed and appear in your bank account.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items and gift cards.
